Sweet Melissa Sundays-Peanut Butter Truffles

Peanut Butter and Chocolate…a delightful combination!

Truffles are small but big in flavor. The texture of a truffle’s chocolate is velvety, silky, and smooth.

Using quality ingredients is a must to truly enjoy the essence of an exquisite truffle.

Mara is hosting today's recipe for the group Sweet Melissa Sundays.

Check out the recipe on her blog
Love Your Mother.

I used Valrhona Chocolate and natural peanut butter in making these truffles. It was worth every penny!!

I really enjoyed making these truffles and I thank Mara for a great choice!

Peace in baking,

  1. Your truffles look delicious. I have never used Valrhona's feves, but I have used their unsweetened cocoa powder, and I've found it to be fantastic.

  3. Hi Carmen!

So great to hear from you! Your truffles look fantastic, and I bet the high quality ingredients really made a difference (especially since there were only a few).

Did you like the pictures from the bake sale slide show? Ours was on the smaller side, but every little bit helps, right? I think I'm going to get in touch with Gaby because I'd love to be involved in the planning committee for next year! Contributing to SOS was such a rewarding experience :)

I hope you're doing well and having a wonderful start to your week. Look forward to hearing from you again soon!

  7. Your truffles look awesome! I love your pictures too! I also used Natural Peanut Butter (Skippy), but I didn't get Valrhona Chocolate...just went with good ol' Ghiradelli (the Gourmet variety)...:P
