from the HEART(h) ~ Glazed Lemon Cakes




Always keep your HEART open...
it's the only way for LOVE
to find its way in.



On Valentine's Day, give your love a piece of your heart.

Glazed Lemon Cakes
variations: Instead of muffin pans, use heart shaped pans.
After baking in a rectagular pan, let cake cool. Cut into heart shapes. Glaze.

    Cake was moist...texture resembled poundcake.
    Glaze had a nice lemon tang to it.
